• To ensure Veterans that, "Whatever is said or whatever goes on within the Connect Group meetings stays within the group; and that all Veterans' privacy will be respected and protected at all times."

• To provide Veterans with up-to-date information concerning VA Benefits and Services.

• To provide an outreach program to the Veterans and their families.
