Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Legal Assistance Office is the Legal Assistance Division of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. Headquartered in Fort Benning, GA, MCoE assists in counseling widows of enlisted or commissioned Army personnel and also assists ID card holders with legal matters that may arise during the estate administration. MCoE provides estate planning, wills, power-of-attorney, and legal counseling to all qualifying clients. In appropriate cases legal services can be provided for probate matters concerning the surviving spouses of deceased enlisted or commissioned Army personnel .
